Stress Management

Depression, insomnia, headaches and panic attacks can all be symptoms of stress. Advisory sessions are designed specifically to help you to manage your stress, and help you understand how stress affects the body and what you can do to help prevent or minimize the impact. Designed in six sessions to support and manage various areas of your life. You will also be provided with session literature and a tape to help you relax.
