Eileen's classes are designed to help you to relax properly.
This is necessary to help you cope better, get good quality sleep
and let your body, mind and emotions heal.
 
Classes include techniques in Breathing, Muscle Relaxation,
Meditation and Guided Imagery / Visualisation.
 
Students love the sense of peace, calmness and wellbeing.
Don't be shy, the class is a small group. Eileen is a fully qualified
Stress Coach and will do her best to make you feel comfortable
and safe.
